Get Stocked!

We have a freezer full of tough old chicken, a heap of onions and garlic and a bunch of herbs in the garden.  The only thing to do now is make a whack load of chicken stock.  Thank goodness for the Instant Pot; it allows us to easily do two batches of bone broth (five 1L jars) a day.  We're getting stocked!
