The boys might take the cake figuratively but today, they also took the cake literally - to GG's house for an 85th birthday visit.

We made her a heart shaped angel food cake with vanilla whipped cream,
fresh raspberries and blueberries and stewed rhubarb. |
We had a wonderful afternoon with a picnic lunch, bubble guns at the splash pad, and lots of baby cuddles.
