Alistair is growing fast. He needed a new Ali Car. The straps finally busted completely on his old hiking carrier and we have been strapping him in with an old belt around his waist for a few weeks now. It was not working well. After some research we decided to splurge on the Cadillac of hiking carriers and thanks to a quick search on Kijiji, we were set. Off to Kemptville we went this morning to pick up our new-to-us Ali Car.
Alistair was so excited to try it out, we headed right over to Ferguson Forest Centre for a short hike. He declared his new ride to be "very comfortable" and seemed quite happy to alternate between "walking a bit" and riding up high. Everyone is thrilled with our new vehicle, though I suspect Mama's back will be the most thankful of all.
