Self-Sufficiency Supper

Dinner tonight was a success in self-sufficiency.  We had crust-less quiche made with our farm fresh eggs, garden onions and sweet peppers and bacon from our pigs.  Our side dish was our imperfect corn on the cob.  They might not have been the prettiest looking ears but they were still sweet and delicious.
