Alistair and I got busy in the kitchen today. We tried out a new recipe for Pioneer Bread. It was a whole wheat quick bread full of chopped dates, raisins and sunflower seeds.
And just in case this didn't turn out to be as delicious as anticipated, we whipped up one of the kids' absolute favourites - marshmallow brownies. It is always nice to have a tried and true dessert close at hand because you just never know when a new recipe is going to be a lemon.
