Bacon & Eggs?

With many of our laying hens currently participating in a group moult to welcome springtime to the farm, we are experiencing a rather sudden (but I am sure only temporary) dearth of farm fresh eggs.  Hopefully the hens are quick about regrowing their feathers so they can get back to work laying us some more eggs to accompany all this bacon that Ian has been making!
