Here on Gael Glen Farm, the planting portion of the 2021 gardening season is complete. Over the past two days we have gone on a sowing spree. We have planted peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, basil, spinach, carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, yellow beans, cucumbers, onions and herbs.
After a final sunset watering, we can officially move on to the weeding and watering part of the year.
Now we can start wishing for rain to save me an hour of watering each day. Come on rain!
