Accessible Blooms

After a morning of barn mucking, we continued our work on the front yard with more weeding, tree trimming and whipper snipping.  We can happily report that all our weed removal has facilitated access to various fragrant blooms for our friendly neighbourhood pollinators.  We can also see the blooms from the rocking chairs on our front porch since we are no longer hiding behind huge cedar bushes.

And so the work continues...though we just might have to take a break tomorrow for a summer time tea party.  What is the point of have such beautiful blossoms if you don't take the time to enjoy them?  I made tea biscuits tonight, just in case.  Things certainly rise fast when it is 35 degrees C in your outdoor proofing spot!
