I fear that this might be the last warm weather day of 2020, so we made sure to make the most of it.
We played outside all afternoon. Alistair learned to slide all by himself, chanting "Again, again, again" as soon as his feet hit the ground. He must have slid twenty times in succession! The boys also swung to the sky and "flew" their hearts out. They were so happy playing together in the warm afternoon sunshine.
Seamus also lost his very first tooth sometime today but he has no idea when it disappeared. He is worried that he accidentally ate it and that the tooth fairy is now going to have to look for it in our septic tank. His note to her apologized for this unfortunate occurrence and asked if he could please still have the money anyway.
It was an absolutely glorious day to be outside. It was too bad we cannot order this exact weather for every day of the year. I just love autumn.
