Our blueberry crop is here. We managed to grow two berries. That is one more than last year! They were delicious.
We also have some blackberries growing. Last year our blackberry bush produced one measly berry. Based on the number of blossoms, I am hopeful for a few more this year.
Our numbers of blueberries and blackberries might be limited but we more than make up for that with the sheer number of black eyed susan flowers growing wild on our property. I love these blossoms. They really brighten up the fields and fence line; kind of like berries for the eyes.
