Quiet Canning

Seamus spent the morning running errands with Grandma while I enjoyed some quiet time pressure canning our applesauce.  It was the most relaxing morning that I have had in quite a while.  I ended up with two dozen one litre jars of sauce.

It is now 7:30 pm on this rainy Monday evening and all my dependent (kids and animals) are safe and quiet in their respective bed/coop/barn.  Ah....small successes.
