To make lunchtime today a little more special, we brewed up a cuppa and renamed it "teatime". We feasted on spiced pumpkin soup; fresh, buttery scones; and beautifully fragrant blueberry tea. Orange, yellow and blue perfection.
P.S. Roasting the pumpkins whole at 350 degrees C for a hour or so worked swimmingly. It was extraordinarily easy. I highly recommend it.
