Living our Best Life

On this beautifully warm November day we were all able to get outside and live our best life.

For Ian it was deer hunting, though after a full week of 4 am wake ups and pretty intensive hunting I think that he is hoping that the deer show up sooner rather than later.

For the chickens and donkey this was stuffing their faces into delicious pumpkins.

For Liam and I, it was harvesting from our still producing autumn garden and cooking up a delicious dinner together.

Parsnip!

Lettuce, arugula, parsley, cabbage, chinese cabbage, broccoli, daikon,
red radishes, swiss chard, kale and parsnips.

Stir fry entirely from our garden.

For Alistair, it was snacking on some delicious fresh cabbage while watching all the activity on the farm.  He argued that a cabbage leaf was his fare for using his stroller to transport our fresh veggies from the garden to the house.

For Seamus it was giving Pecky Becky snuggles.  Man, he loves that turkey.

We hope you were all able to get outside to enjoy this amazing day too.
