It was another chilly day here on the farm but at least I had lots of helpers to get the outdoor chores done quickly. Good thing too because Alistair refuses to keep his mittens on. We were done milking just around the time that his little toddler hands started to get red from the cold. Lucky that we only have two goats!
And what is better when you are chilly than a fresh flake of hay (if you are a sheep),
a big pot of homemade chilli (if you are a human),
and a hot cup of tea (if you are a mama). We all warmed right up.
