We did a quick peek into each hive this week after seeing all the bees out and about on cleansing flights in the apiary. All five hives are still alive! We are so, so happy. The clusters are busy munching on their extra sugar stores so we added some more sugar snacks in there to make sure everyone has plenty. Only a few more weeks to go before we might see trees begin to produce pollen and nectar for our sweet ladies. Hold on honey bees, spring is on its way!
