We had lots of help for honey harvesting today and for that we are truly grateful. Harvest day is a tiring and sticky experience but we got it done! Thank you so, so much to Ms. Kerry, Jennifer and Mario for coming to our assistance once again this year. Also, the boys are really growing up and getting to be excellent helpers who truly contribute. We got about 90 x 375 mL jars. The moisture content is about 1% too high so I will put everything in a room with a dehydrator for a day to get things to the perfect level. Ian says our honey this year tastes like peaches! Incredible.
