We spent the entire day - 9 hours! - at the Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, Ohio. We went on all the coasters that Alistair was tall enough for. He measures just ever so slightly over 48 inches tall.
Some of the coasters were extreme thrills. We loved the blue Millennium Force coaster, Gemini, and our last coaster of the day - 1989’s Magnum XL-200. These were among the top coasters Ian and I have experienced and we were frankly astounded that the boys were willing to try them and then loved them so much. Liam and Ali especially were adrenaline junkies.
We ate chicken tenders as large as Liam’s head. Daddy held Ali’s hand so hard during his first big coaster that Ali’s hand went limp. And we ate some amazing BBQ’d brisket while watching a 1950’s style live band. What a crazy day! It was one to remember.
Oh my. You guys are brave. My days of riding scarey roller coasters are over. 😜
ReplyDeleteGlad that you all had fun but I’m with Grandma Cora on this one…not for me!
