It was a really quiet day on the farm. I worked on a grant application due next week, the kids watched TV, Ian and the boys did some Christmas shopping, and we headed to my departmental holiday party after supper. We don't often have unremarkable days here on Gael Glen Farm but today was one. It almost leads one to wax philosophic about how an unremarkable day for one might be life changing day for another.
