Everyone's favourites are up! Alistair is loving the dandelions. We haven't made this year's batch of dandelion jelly yet but I am going to try to fit it in this week. Ali is getting a head start by picking me some blossoms.
Ian's favourite is asparagus. It is up and will, for sure, be added to a stir fry supper in the near future.
My favourite is rhubarb. This is the first year we have had a good spring rhubarb crop. There is certainly a lot of love and devotion in these stalks (as well as goat manure, fertilizer, and daily watering). Rhubarb crisp is also on this week's menu. Yum!
