Bottling Time

In anticipation of those lovely spring days were it is warm enough to sit outside on the back deck in the midday sunshine, I am bottling up some kombucha to sip on.  This batch is the first in a long while.  For flavour and to jump start carbonation, we added some lychee juice to the bottles along with the kombucha from F1.  Yum!
