Boil Gobble Boil

The sap is still running strong but Ian is already anticipating our next springtime activity - turkey hunting! In honour of turkey hunting season being only a few weeks away (and because I think the boys are finally tired of pancakes for supper!) we had wild turkey casserole this evening. Yummy,  full of hidden vegetables, and not needing to be slathered in maple syrup - that gives it several points over pancakes in my opinion!
