It was catch up day here on the farm where we knocked off a bunch of chores on our to do lists. I mucked the barns and Ian washed up all the sap collecting buckets, taps and lids. Despite expecting a rainy afternoon, the high winds sped the storm cloud across the farm and we only got a sprinkle of rain (right during evening chores - excellent timing, indeed). Everyone is heading to bed tonight cleaned up and tired out. Looking forward to tomorrow.
