We were asked recently if we would be raising pigs this summer. We surveyed the freezers and nope, we won't be. We still have enough pork from Ham Solo and Gloria Swinem to keep us going for another year at least! Ian did cure and smoke a few hams this week to keep us in ham sandwiches for school. Yum!
