It's a First

I crafted my first ever meatloaf for dinner tonight.  Venison-goose combo paired with our canned yellow beans and potatoes.  It is pretty amazing to still be eating meals made from food we grew or hunted in the dead of winter.  The kids inhaled the meatloaf and asked me to make it again before they were even halfway done.  So funny.  I used to hate meatloaf as a kid.
