Picture It

For today's hike we checked out Bon Echo Rock and the surrounding shoreline.  The cliffs were fantastic and we were the only people in the entire park!  (The parking lot was empty.  Talk about the perfect activity during covid times).  

Alistair was busy, busy during the hike - walking, then riding, then napping.  Except for him being heavy, he is really fun to carry.  He is very alert and when he sees something he likes, he points and exclaims, "Picture it Mama!"

After the hike we roasted our dinner on the open fire and then treated the boys to a showing of Transformers on TV complete with Jiffy Pop made over the wood stove.  It doesn't get any better than this!
