Acting as Assistant Brewer

Ian needed an assistant brewer today so I volunteered to help him out after the kids went to bed. I did some hose connecting, Starsan sloshing, wort stirring and hops adding. We made Janet's Brown Ale. According to Ian, this is a classic recipe that produces a big, hoppy American Brown Ale. Beer with higher IBUs and ABV is not my preference so instead of looking forward to the finished product, my reward for helping out is getting to name the beer. I will have to put my thinking cap on and come up with something really clever.
