Proud

Like almost all families some nights we eat Kraft Dinner.  Other nights though, we do so, so much better.

We transformed this into all of this....

Roasted eggplant, zucchini, and sweet peppers with chopped basil.

Tomato, garlic, chive and basil salad drizzled with balsamic and olive oil.

Freshly dug potatoes with chives.

BBQ rooster.

This is a feast where every single thing except the condiments and spices was grown right here on Gael Glen Farm. I am really proud of meals like this.
