As maple syrup season is still in session, our large kettle is being kept busy boiling down sap. It has been running pretty much non-stop for weeks!
We did give it some variety today though by switching from boiling sap to boiling wort to make beer. Never a dull moment for the chief boiling kettle here on Gael Glen Farm. Every kettle must earn its keep around here!
Kettle's vacation is over soon though - back to sap boiling tomorrow!
